Through one’s own body one goes more and more inward and higher and higher. Through the discovery of one’s own body, the path leads to the discovery of one’s own soul. We will start with our body, because our body is the visible part of our connection to our inside so we can start with the visible and then slowly progress towards the invisible. We are progressing from the surface and progress deeper and deeper towards our inner center.
We are working with the outer sensations of the physical body, and then gradually continue way up to the sensations of our soul, so that we learn to perceive the invisible as well. We learn to feel, to perceive energies, understand them and communicate them toward outer world. And through the perception of energies we will learn to communicate with physically invisible beings and planes, with our spiritual helpers.
Physicists discovered that every elementary particle is really “just” a wave. But what is actually a wave? And then, who are we? What is our physical body? If physics has discovered that we are just waves, then we too should realize that we are nothing more than the idea of love that resides in the physical body. And the physical body is a projection of that thought and at the same time a signal, a communicator of the inner state of love. And love, as the deepest of human emotions, will lead us from the outer ripple that is the physical body to the deepest inner ripple that is our spirit. With the help of the inner feeling we have the possibility to go through this path to our primordial essence, to our Higher Self, who we really are.
And on this journey we also learn certain rules, without which there is no game. Even our earthly life is one big game. And recognizing and following these rules makes it easier for us to achieve victory in this game. And the palm of victory in the game called Life is the acquisition of the blue crystal of Eternal Life.
