This is one of the ways of energetically helping planet Earth. It is important to find a specific time and a specific “place” (both mental and physical) where the participants will “meet” and send (mediate) healing energy to planet Earth and its inhabitants. It is very good when people do it at home, but when the forces of several people join together, everything will be multiplied according to the motto: “There is strength in unity.” Therefore, it is necessary to have as many of us as possible, at the same time and in the same place. Everyone imagines the planet Earth in front of them and sees and above all feels that we are standing around it in a circle and sending its energy. It is very good to send energy to problematic, critical places, e.g. places of current disasters, war conflicts, etc. In the beginning, 10 or 15 minutes is enough, depending on how you feel. However, long-term preparation and regular repetition are also important, as here, too, “practice makes perfect”. There are many such groups who randomly meet and after 1-2 meetings think they are going to save the world. Regularity, long-term repetition, practice, experience are important for really effective action.
But beware! Before such an activity, you must always (!) first prepare. Everyone should clean themselves energetically and mentally for at least half an hour or an hour through energy mediation. Everyone can choose any technique that is close to them. At the end, I will list some techniques that could possibly be used and which I use with great effectiveness, in certain variations, myself. Cleansing before this activity is necessary. It is both an excellent protection against the influence of negative forces and, on the one hand, it strengthens a person and also protects him, if he uses it correctly, from energy discharge.
Furthermore, it is necessary that we do not give away the energy that we will give. This could lead to a person’s energy discharge. That is why it is always very important to properly “charge up” during energetic and mental cleansing, and above all (!) to connect to the Source of Light, to the Source of Energy. Thus, I become a mediator of the energy flowing from the Heights. That is also why it is very good to pray before and during mental cleansing and ask the Most High for healing and cleansing energy that we will convey to others. I imagine myself as an empty vessel, into which bright, luminous energy flows from the mountain, through the top of my head, and I gradually fill myself with that energy from my feet to the top of my head. When I am filled, that energy continues to flow, but I guide it through my hands to the planet Earth that I imagined in front of me. Since the energy is constantly flowing through me and constantly coming from Horus, I am not in danger of “running out” and losing my energy. I am constantly replenished.
Another important fact is that we should not only imagine the above facts, but also try to feel them. Feeling is a priority and authoritative when connecting to the Source of Energy. Feeling gives strength and is the basis for mediation and direction of light energy from higher spheres. Thoughts carry on this already transformed energy on lower levels. Therefore, it is important to gradually learn not only to imagine the planet Earth, but also to feel it, to feel how the energy passes through me, how it fills me, etc. The basis for actions and words are our thoughts, the basis for our thoughts and feelings are our feelings, and the basis for our feelings is our being. When everything is interconnected to the very being, to the very foundation, we are one with Creation and have a bridge built to build unity in Creation.
Why is healing and energy recovery of planet Earth necessary? It is necessary from several aspects, points of view:
Planet Earth is not just a physical thing, inanimate, but on the contrary, planet Earth is a complex living organism. Like any other organism, it needs, among other things, a “material” exchange, but not only a physical one. This exchange is similar to e.g. at plants and trees. Put simply by receiving and processing light and carbon dioxide, a plant lives and excretes oxygen, among other things. Animals and humans take in, among other things, oxygen and process it to excrete carbon dioxide, which in turn is taken in by plants. This completes the circle and the cycle of life begins. If one part were taken out of the cycle, the balance would be disturbed and unhealthy development would occur. And this happened between beings and humans. Because such an exchange, such a cycle should work not only on the physical, but also on other levels, e.g. related to energy exchange. By closing himself in, man has disrupted this cycle of energies and, among other things, the energies of the planet Earth are gradually being depleted and depleted by this action. The representative of the planet Earth, which is closely connected with the physical planet, is a higher being, Mother Earth. She cares for and directs all events related to Earth through the hierarchy of beings. Originally the cycle of radiation, the exchange of energies between being and human spirits, worked as it was supposed to, as intended. But with the later fall of human beings, by turning away from the Light, people closed in on themselves and thereby also closed themselves off from essentials, from nature. Among other things, the correction of these facts is one of the goals of our efforts. Therefore, let’s be active and renew the cycle of energies. Only he who gives can receive. That is one of the great laws of life. Let’s adapt to the laws of life and act in such a way that we are healthy and happy in giving and receiving. Creature and human spirits will be able to advance hand in hand to the Light.
Another aspect of what we can achieve with our efforts is raising the vibrational level of the planet Earth and its inhabitants. This is extremely important at this time, as the planet is hurtling towards destruction not only due to environmental devastation, but also due to energy decay due to the drop in the vibrational level of the planet. This results in the planet Earth moving away from the vibrational level in which it was supposed to function as a living and healthy planet. As a result, it moves away from the Source of Light and approaches the so-called dark levels. In these levels reside and operate the so-called dark spirits who turned against their Creator and built their own “territories”, on “their own” laws. Due to their action, part of the Creation is disturbed by a crack, through which a part of the life-giving and life-sustaining Energy is diverted. Planet Earth is approaching this rift due to a drop in vibrational level. Earth with its inhabitants is the last planet that has a chance to save itself from destruction. However, the influence of dark forces is extremely strong due to the decrease in the vibrational level, which makes it difficult to save the planet. Due to the weakness and passivity of the “light” people, the dark currently has the same chance to gain the planet as the Light. Planet Earth was identified as the planet where the cycle of life energies operating in Creation should be closed. Every, even the smallest effort to help, a good thought, a good deed, a look towards the Light, all of this can help to tip the scales towards the Light in the last judgment, in the last possibility of turning around, and so that the planet Earth and its inhabitants she had a chance to be saved. The circle must (!) be closed and it is only up to the human spirits of this planet whether the planet will be inside the circle or outside. First we have to save the planet, only then will we have a chance to start building a better, happier and above all brighter abode.
What I am describing to you here is not some abstract invention, but it is a bare, living reality that stands before us and that requires us to be active and to strengthen ourselves spiritually. Spiritual progress is a requirement of our time and it is also a protection against dangers…
So now back to the promised technique for energy and mental cleansing. First I pray before cleansing. The Lord’s Prayer is a very powerful prayer, but in addition to it, I also use the ones that came to me. Our thoughts guide and control the force, the energy that nourishes us. For a person who does not deal with it, it happens on an unconscious level, but it is worth learning to manage this energy consciously. That is, you need to lie down, sit on the couch, in an armchair (or somewhere comfortable) and close your eyes and relax. There are various techniques for relaxation, it is worth adopting them. I do it with quiet, relaxing, meditative music (the music should be calm, such that it does not cause me any energy and emotional tension) and I gradually shift the attention first to the physical body, then to my breathing, and finally I “enter” my inner self with attention. When I feel (the feeling is also important in relaxation) that I am sufficiently relaxed, I try to feel and imagine that a mass of white, radiant energy comes from above in the form of a cylinder, a column bigger than me and surrounds me. I’m on a roll. That radiant energy gradually enters me, I am filled with it and I also begin to shine. I feel it is energy from the higher realms and has a high vibrational level. As a result, my vibrational level also increases. Consciously-unconsciously, I connect to the Source of Energy. I’m not in a hurry, I try to feel everything well, not just see. If by chance I can’t see anything, it doesn’t matter. The most important thing is the feeling. And it is being built gradually. Because, and this is also an insight I have verified in my life, feeling is more important than reason. But there is something more behind the feeling. Which does not ripple, is not agitated, is alive, Being.
After I have filled myself with radiant energy, I feel everything negative in me burn and this energy pushes everything dark and negative out of me, and there everything dark transforms and leaves, leaving me cleansed and full of light. After this cleansing I can join in the healing and energizing of planet earth.
The transformation of the mediated energy passing through me to the planet Earth takes place automatically, but as I have already stated, this life-giving energy can be controlled not only mentally, through thought, but also through purified feelings and emotions. One such possibility is to send not only radiant energy, but to consciously (!) add to it a feeling of love for the planet Earth and its inhabitants. By processing universal energy, we can change the character and parameters of this energy in a targeted manner, even for other feelings, other needs, and for solving various problems and diseases. So after filling myself with radiant energy, I imagine and feel that in the center of my chest (4th chakra – heart chakra) I have an even brighter orb. I am asking Heavenly Father to send His energy into that sphere. I imagine and feel that from above, through the top of my head, the 7th chakra, a stream of very bright energy enters me and, gradually passing through the individual chakras, it enters the ball that I have in the heart chakra. The color of the ball is pink. It is the color of love, one of the vibrational levels of love. Gradually, as the energy
continuously flows into that sphere, a stream of bright pink energy comes out of my heart and I direct it to planet Earth. I send it and its inhabitants the energy of love. Surely you have seen the pictures in which streams of light of different colors come out of Jesus’ hands and heart. We do something similar. There is no universal leadership here. Everyone has to notice their own feelings. They are very important because they alert a person to his own condition. One should feel good, in an elevated state. If it doesn’t, and he doesn’t feel good, something is wrong and he should end the process early. But in the end, one must not forget that one should remain filled with radiant energy. After finishing sending the energy, I focus my attention on myself again and gradually shift my attention to my physical body and then to the sounds and things around me. And then I open my eyes. Later, when I did it more often, I started to feel a little dizzy, and the grounding had to be done. Connection with Mother Earth and Father Universe.
If at the end I feel that I have lack energy, I replenish it using the procedure mentioned at the beginning and end the session thus filled. I repeat, feeling is authoritative.
