White radiant Light technique. I sit down in a comfortable place, in the position that relaxes me the most. I focus on my breathing. I breathe calmly, freely, but deeply. I imagine my body relaxing more and more. My body is heavy, so are my eyelids. I gradually exhale all the tension in my body and it goes away. The mind is also purified. I imagine and feel the flow of air, to which I also add the visualization of the flow of energy, Light. I feel a stream of white brilliant light coming at me from the mountain. The whole body is gradually filled with this light, and after it is filled, I will blow this light around me, into my aura. Then I let that Light continuously flow into my body. If necessary, I will ground myself and create a connection to Father Sun and Mother Earth as well. Grounding is good and necessary when someone often meditates on Light and energies, because after a certain time there can be a difference in vibrations between the physical body and the energy bodies.
Then, as we learn to use the white radiant light, we can get into a state where we find that it is at the same time protection, at the same time strengthening, at the same time giving energy and nourishment, not only for the physical person, but also for the soul and inner bodies, helps to work with energies, heal and purify, helps open positive and close negative gates, brings blessings, strengthens a person on the path of spiritual development, a person is strengthened automatically and does not need special protection or shields, simultaneously eliminates negative energies, aids communication with the spiritual world, helps a person learn inner feeling, and much more…
