Lisa: OK I need some help here. So as we know, the meditations are important. I am having a hard time actually using this meditation because I have an overactive energetics system because of overactive kundalini so I’m gonna have to try to do some other things to get me into that state that safe for me. But that’s not my question my question is that throughout the day, which I think is just as important as the meditation, is to keep that mindset that your higher conscious intelligence can heal you. I can’t seem to be able to choose that …meaning I’m not choosing that instead all of my energy is going towards the fact that I don’t think I can heal and that that’s not gonna work for me so what’s the point why try. I don’t know how to shift out my body cant heal. There’s not a lot of energy behind that statement my body will heal and it feels like it’s throwing piece of paper at a freight train coming at me so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to how they dealt with very strong negative belief that is keeping them ill, and shifting it throughout the day
Answer:
You are right. But do not fall in trap of esoteric overuse for word meditation. Meditation is not everything. When we work to make a bread, it is not meditation, when we work in our job it is not a meditation, etc. But those activities are important. So not meditation is important, because in creates a false view that meditation is only 1 type which is far away from the truth. So when someone tell you “meditate” he/she is unconscious about real spiritual work! Real spiritual work is work with energies. In your case would be really helpful Tai-chi and Qi-gong same way like physical exercises. + What is also overused and profaned is word “visualization”! Visualization can be important but far not enough when it is not accompanied with feelings, sensing! Sensing is much more important because visualization needs our attention work which cannot be done during everyday busy time. But to feel is possible anytime! So learn how to feel energies because with feeling you can learn how to control it, use it and direct it. Only after that can come visualization as an additional step. Additional! Not only or main step!
So you can meditate on morning or just learn how to feel your awakened (kundalini) energies and during the day is enough to recall these feelings and same energies will be activated immediately so you do not need to take time for meditation, result will be very deep.
