Meditation with white radiant light (WRL) and the light pole method:
You breathe in the white radiant light (WRL), gradually (after each inhale and exhale more and more) you fill your whole body with it and then you blow it around you and let it work in your aura. Then you imagine your physical body, draw in and send BZS into your physical body, imagine and feel how it unites with your physical body, skin, bones, muscles, etc., until the physical body itself starts to shine. The light energy takes shape and takes the form of your physical body. You will imagine and feel that you are becoming Light.
Among other things, what is fascinating to me about the light pole is that it does not completely eliminate negative effects, such as all kinds of protective closures, which, in addition to helping, can also do a lot of harm, but it allows letting in exactly as much negativity as a person can comfortably handle. That is, it weakens the negative impact, but at the same time it also gives the person the opportunity to become stronger under lower negative pressure.
Don’t worry about the 3rd eye. Focus on the heart chakra. There is a way to yourself and to Heaven. Then, as you connect the energies with your physical body, focus your attention on your heart chakra, in the center of your chest, and let yourself be guided inward, drawn inward. There is the right way to Duchovna, the spiritual homeland.
Perceive people or things. You either feel or you think. When you think about feeling, it is no longer feeling, but thinking. But when you see images with your inner vision without thoughts, and it comes when you just feel, without thinking, that’s it! That’s when the inner vision connects with the inner feeling. This is where inner associative emotional and empathic contemplation begins.
fire[1]Inner feeling is like putting your hand into the fire. You don’t have to think about whether you feel it burning your hand. You are convinced of it because you feel it and not because you think you feel it – you don’t have to think about it at all, because you feel it, because you experience it. In other words, less reasoning and more noticing of your feelings and emotions. Thinking is not bad, but reasoning is. Especially if it’s trying to replace feeling. So simply feel and not think about feeling. First, realize the difference between what you feel and what you reason about. Feeling should come first, but watch out for feelings. Feelings are not the same as inner feelings. We often confuse feeling and emotion, so inner feeling must be learned. Inner feeling can be improved by feeling energies and working with them, therefore light-energy meditations are the most suitable. This type of meditation helps to clear the mind, suppress the mind and reasoning, learn to feel vibrations and much more. By feeling the vibrations of individual types and degrees of energy, we learn to distinguish the degrees and quality of vibrations. By perceiving the degrees, we achieve the possibility to always power up to higher and higher vibrations. They then protect us from energies and beings with low vibrations and at the same time create an energetic, emotional and higher mental bridge to the higher spheres and finally to the highest spheres and to our spiritual-being Home. I called this process inner associative empathetic contemplation (it has only a name and a higher goal in common with Christian contemplation, nothing more). With the help of these two techniques (light-energy meditations and internal associative contemplations), the earthly person, in the course of his inner development, gets to the point of directly perceiving the higher spheres (and in the course of the development of his level and being up to his spiritual-being origin) and thus not only blindly believe, but can gain conviction from non-physical experiences and experiences. Over time, the evolver learns to distinguish which thought and vision in the link comes from the higher realms by sensing their vibration and energy level to which one connects. However, when a person feels the low vibrations, it is necessary to reconnect to the high ones and re-establish the higher connection. It is an ant’s daily work, but it gives a person support and the opportunity to start the journey Home.
After a certain phase of practice and development, a person feels high vibrations, but they subside over time and the person does not feel them so strongly. It is because the physical body has become accustomed to those energies, vibrations. Then it is a sign that a person should move on and try to work more intensively on further increasing their vibrations and connection to higher energy levels. Increasing the vibrations of the physical body happens very slowly, so long-term work is very important.
After a certain period of intense meditation with Light and energies, it happens that a person begins to “release from the physical body”, feels uneasy, insecure, etc. In that case, grounding should be added, or light meditations should be replaced for a short time with a special kind of grounding, which I write about in another article.
These spiritual exercises should be regular, daily, conscious and targeted. Meditation is not spiritual, but it will help the mind and intellect both to purify themselves and to work on raising their vibrations. When the vibration and energy level of the mind and lower self is raised to its own highest possible level, then the higher self bows down to the lower self and “Bastin” begins to communicate with “Atreus” (as in the tale The Neverending Story, which is actually a paraphrase of the meeting of the lower and higher self). Through inner feeling, a connection can then occur, which will then enable their mutual communication for the duration of the connection. Through internal associative empathetic contemplation, we can then follow what “Bastin” is doing and cooperate in those events. This is a path doable for every single person when they follow the spiritual rules and spiritual practice using these two simple techniques.
Not only the above-mentioned fairy tale, but also other films, fairy tales, documentaries, etc., can be used for internal contemplation. We can use any audio-visual aid that comes our way for this, more precisely, the parts of them that cause an emotional change in us, affect our feelings. In most cases, visual elements are associated with music, which has a stronger effect on our inner feelings. Therefore, I often used only the music itself, also songs and others. These audio-visual elements help during light meditation to flush out mental and emotional sediments that are deeply stored in a person, especially in his subconscious, and it is through this self-awareness that they reach the daily consciousness of a person and can be purified and eliminated with the right procedure. My dream is to create an audio-visual system that would directly help a person in his mental, emotional and spiritual development, where the listener could directly experience extrasensory action and perception.
In this way, the energy waves of the inner feeling carry a person in the same way as the waves of the sea carry ships sailing to unknown lands. We get to know unknown countries, our other parallel and also past lives, known and unknown abilities, other spheres and beings, possible life paths and life tasks, also how to fulfill them…
Our pure inner souls “talk” without earthly words. They “talk” through energies. And we can feel and perceive these energies. Therefore, one must learn to feel with the help of inner feeling. And this is what light-energy meditations are suitable for, to purify the mind, which can then better perceive energies, and information and connection with one’s own soul come through the energies through internal associative empathetic contemplation.
