Walk for the World Meditation Is Now Available

We’re excited to announce the release of Dr Joe’s new Walk for the World Meditation. During this guided meditation, you’ll learn to embody the energy of change, to become part of an emergent consciousness, and to demonstrate the change you would love to see in the world.

Download the Meditation

To download the meditation:

  1. Log in to your Unlimited / Dr Joe Dispenza account
  2. If you don’t yet have an account, you’ll create one as part of the download process
  3. Add the Walk for the World Meditation to your cart
  4. Complete the checkout process – you won’t be charged
  5. Go to your account Dashboard, then “My Audio Library”
  6. Click the “View” button to go to the stream/download page

Please make sure it’s downloaded and ready prior to the walk. For those with an iOS mobile device, you’ll need to download the meditation using your Safari browser.

If you’re fluent in English, we recommend Dr Joe’s English language version for the most immersive experience.

Note: If you’ve already downloaded the Walk for the World Introduction, the complete Walk for the World Meditation will automatically be added to your account. You can access it from your Account Dashboard, under “My Audio Library.”

Stream the Meditation

We’ve also made the meditation available to stream from Dr Joe’s official YouTube channel. However, to ensure uninterrupted listening, we suggest creating a free Unlimited account to access and download the meditation. If you plan to stream, be sure to test your mobile signal before the event – at the location where you’ll be walking.

 Things to Keep in Mind for the Walk

Here are some helpful tips to ensure you have the best possible experience on Saturday:

  • If you’re walking with an organized group, consider arriving early or staying later to socialize.
  • Bring your own electronic device and headset; sharing is not recommended.
  • Ensure your device has ample battery life.
  • Silence device notifications to avoid disrupting your meditation.
  • Check the weather beforehand and dress appropriately.
  • Wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes.
  • Bring your own water bottle and backpack for personal items.
  • Invite your family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, and anyone you know who might want to participate.
  • Take photos before and after the walk and share them using #walkfortheworld.
  • Please remember to respect other participants and avoid disrupting their experience during the walk.

Note: If you require any additional support or assistance – for example, a wheelchair or caregiver – you’ll need to arrange your own support prior to your participation.
